Brian Harmon, formed the first consignment only art gallery in Anniston's downtown corridor. Beyond this accomplishment, Harmon, founded the first ever entrepreneurial society at the University of South Alabama and after this was elected President of the University of Alabama's Management Society.

Harmon has always had the entrepreneurial spirit but truly had a real desire for social entrepreneurialism. With PetQR, Harmon, is able to achieve the need to be an entrepreneur along with being able to help improve a societal problem which is that only 15 to 20% of companion animals, if lost, are ever returned to their loved ones.
