Deborah Thobe has been recognized as the leading expert in telecommunications pay issues since starting Thobe Group, Inc., a human resources management consulting firm, in 1992. Her company just completed the 19th annual edition of their three, highly acclaimed annual telecom pay surveys (sales and sales support jobs, non-sales jobs, and a separate survey designed specifically for wireless telecoms). She received her M.B.A. in Finance summa cum laude from the University of Dallas Graduate Business School. She has been actively involved in the design of pay programs for wireline and wireless companies since 1981 for clients ranging from pre-startup through established companies with multi-billion dollar revenues.
