Patrick LaJuett currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer for TimelyBill, a leading provider of SaaS-based billing and operational support systems for telecom service providers. In this role, Patrick is spearheading a major organizational transformation, positioning Bill Perfect, the company behind TimelyBill, as a customer-centric and marketing-driven enterprise. His mission is to create seamless, positive experiences at every customer touchpoint—whether through product design, communications, or long-term partner relationships.

Patrick’s responsibilities span a wide range of strategic initiatives. He leads the company’s brand strategy, ensuring that TimelyBill’s messaging, design, and market presence align with its vision of delivering innovation in telecom billing. He is also driving user experience (UX) standardization, helping to create cohesive, intuitive interfaces that streamline adoption and reinforce customer satisfaction. In addition, Patrick focuses on cultivating partnerships that strengthen the company’s position within the telecom ecosystem, enabling growth opportunities through collaboration with vendors, integrators, and channel partners.

With over three decades of professional experience, Patrick brings a deep background in visual design, creative direction, and marketing strategy. Since 1990, he has helped organizations bridge the gap between design and business results, supporting clients across industries in building stronger brands and more effective communications.

Patrick’s career foundation includes senior graphic design positions at Fortune 500 companies, notably Xerox and Paychex. In these roles, he honed his expertise in high-impact visual communications, branding systems, and enterprise marketing strategies. Beyond his corporate tenure, he has contributed to high-profile projects for nationally recognized brands, including Sirius Satellite Radio, AOL, US Airways, Eastman Kodak, CBS News, and MLB Network. These experiences reflect his versatility and ability to adapt creative approaches to the unique demands of different industries, from media and technology to aviation and entertainment.

Patrick is also an author of young adult science fiction and fantasy, building immersive worlds that combine social commentary, humor, and visual storytelling. His works include Beneath the Cloudline (Book One), The Eleventh Spire (Book Two), and the upcoming Skywoven (Book Three). Set in the fictional world of Halidom, the series explores themes of unity, resilience, and rediscovery in a vertically divided society where tower elites and ground-dwelling workers struggle against class divides and the return of a bioengineered threat. Drawing on his background in design and narrative structure, Patrick crafts stories that resonate with both teens and adults while expanding his creative reach beyond the corporate sphere.

Patrick’s academic background reinforces his professional expertise. He earned a degree in Visual Communications from Monroe Community College (MCC), equipping him with a strong foundation in design principles, layout, and visual storytelling. He furthered his education by studying Information Technology at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), gaining valuable insight into the intersection of design and technology—knowledge that continues to inform his work at the convergence of marketing, branding, and digital innovation.
