Tobie served in various capacities in ministry. He started out as a youth leader and under his leadership of a national youth ministry, he constantly focused on the family as the smallest and most impactful part of life and society. In 1999 he and his wife were afforded the opportunity to stay in the United States for 9 months as interns in youth ministry and development. He pastorally led two congregations and served on national church leadership teams in South Africa. He also served full time under Family Foundations International for 7 years, where he was trained in ministry to families, marriages, and individuals with a need for restoration in the area of personal identity and finding their destiny in life. He has helped numerous students and working adults find their unique designs by way of career assessments. He has presented and still presents seminars, retreats, and workshops for married couples, parents, and individuals. Tobie, together with his wife Zanel, founded Crosspoint Life Consultants when they sensed God calling them to broaden their horizons in serving people. Under the umbrella of Crosspoint Life Consultants, they have incorporated all their life's work and combined it with their knowledge, wisdom, character, passion, and skills to deliver services to families that make a difference and help them prosper.
