Tom Jackobs is a global sales strategist, speaker, and creator of the Selling With H.E.A.R.T.™ framework. He is the founder of Business Lead Maximizer, author of Selling With HEART, and host of The Heart-Led Business Show and Selling With HEART RESCUE: Raw and Unscripted. His YouTube channel and sales training programs support heart-led entrepreneurs in growing their businesses without sounding salesy.

With over 30 years of business experience, Tom saw that traditional sales tactics failed heart-centered professionals. He developed the What Why What Why™ method to help entrepreneurs sell with authenticity. He has delivered over 150 workshops and spoken on stages across the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Belgium, helping thousands of service-based professionals enroll clients with confidence.

Tom holds a BFA in Theatre from DePaul University and has trained with business mentor Dan Bradbury in Selling from Stage. He’s been featured on 100+ podcasts and media outlets including CBS Radio, Fox 26, and Univision. He’s worked with organizations like NPE and private-pay medical clinics, and created the international docuseries The Digital Nomad Experience.

A world traveler and creative at heart, Tom enjoys photography, videography, and has appeared in films like Weekend in Taipei and Daughter’s Daughter. He holds licenses for Land (driver’s license), Sea (SCUBA), and Sky (private pilot), and once even trained to be a clown. He splits his time between the U.S. and Asia, always in search of the next story to tell.
