Tonya Armour
As a business and finance consultant, real estate investor and motivational speaker, Tonya has more than 10 years experience in the real estate and business consulting field. Over the years, she has established, developed, and expanded dozens of companies throughout the Southeast.


As half of the dynamic duo on the radio show "Healthy Living with Tonya and Myra," Tonya brings life experiences and Biblical principles in all aspects of healthy living. After years of struggling with her weight, Tonya has made wellness a priority, as opposed to numbers on a scale. Follow Tonya on her wellness journey, and she shares her successes, failures and pounds shed.

When not sharing wellness with her sister Myra, Tonya may be found with her true mate, her husband Shawn. High school sweethearts, Shawn and Tonya have shared 19 years of marriage and have two beautiful children. Tonya teams with Shawn in their marriage series, “Bedside Matters.”
