Michael Ritter is a native Southern Californian currently residing in Carlsbad, CA. Mr. Ritter was raised in Orange County and graduated from UCLA and Western State University Law School. His profession career began in 1988 as a field agent with the Federal Communications Commission where he was involved in many enforcement and public affairs efforts. In 1997, Mr. Ritter started a company that provided consulting and radio spectrum brokering services to a major telecommunications firm. He was personally responsible for closing over $100 million in transactions during the next nine years. Mr. Ritter was admitted to the California Bar in 1997 and later launched a solo law firm focusing on telecommunications, real estate, estates and trusts. In 2004, he obtained a California Real Estate Broker License and later formed a brokerage. Two years later, Mr. Ritter was called into a specialized ministry to assist church and non-profit cell tower landlords. Tower Seekers was formed in 2006 to answer this call. For the past seven years, Mr. Ritter and his team at Tower Seekers has helped hundreds of clients in Southern California.
