John France (1961 - present) was born in northeast Ohio, and grew up in Mantua, Ohio, where he now lives. John has over thirty years experience in bringing new technologies to market. He has been part of new ventures that have raised millions and made millions. John holds numerous utility, process, and design patents.

John has held these various positions: Product Development Coordinator, Inside Sales Manager, Western U.S. Regional Sales Manager, Midwest U.S. Regional Sales Manager, Eastern U.S. Regional Sales Manger, National Sales Manager, International Sales Manager, Vice President, President, and business owner. John has a balanced experience and approach to problem solving and finding solutions.
His experience has centered upon domestic and international companies introducing new products, capital equipment sales with corresponding process management, and licensing innovative technology. Many of his endeavors were built upon driving paradigm shifts within established markets.
John has worked with companies such as Dow Corning Corporation, PPG Industries, Marvin Windows, H.B. Fuller, Sashlite, Newel Rubbermaid, Graco, Dayton Building Products, Mikron Industries, Jeld-Wen, MI, Milgard, Deceuninck, Ashland, Adhesives Research, GE Silicones, Milacron, Tremco, 3M, and others.
Achievements:
John personally holds numerous utility, process, and design patents. He is principal in originating, developing, patenting, and licensing new technology in the fenestration industry. Chemical sealant know-how, building trades involvement, construction industry knowledge, consumer product rollout, and industrial design are part of his skill set. He also has numerous projects of his own at various stages of development, including patent applications, licensing deals, and rollout strategies in the consumer products, medical, sporting goods, apparel, construction, restaurant supply, food production, and farming industries. He is the author of The Idea Hump.

His assessments provide multiple paths and directions that spur decision makers to action. Niche expertise is on the initial stages of a product idea, focussing on the "skunkworks" discovery of multiple paths for upper level management evaluation.
