Carla completed her studies at Governor's University with a Bachelor's in Science with a focus on Management and Management of Information Systems.

She has built an amazing career in the call center industry by understanding the the power of the customer experience. For the last 30 years, she has been planning and implementing call center processes for both small and large organizations. Her deep understanding of call centers coupled with her business acumen gives her the insight to help organizations reach their objectives.
