Unreasonable Kids see opportunities where adults see problems. The goal is to create opportunities for kids to tackle poverty, hunger, environmental issues, and others set by the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Unreasonable Kids creates a safe, peer-to-peer, coach-led environment to facilitate and inspire world changers as they learn how to release their fight for good. Unreasonable Kids College was recognized for Solidarity in Action for work during COVID-19 by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Action Campaign with the Virtual Executive Leadership Breakfast/ Brunches for Kids. Unreasonable Kids College won a grant to support K5 students struggling to master core classes such as math and reading. Unreasonable Kids College has adopted two schools- Richard Bowling and Larrymore Elementary, located in Norfolk, Virginia. Even though, Unreasonable Kids College's mission is to train the next generation of Kid- Superheroes by inspiring youth to become world changers through social entrepreneurship education and activity. Mrs. Whitaker saw a greater need for the funds to bring educational resources and wireless headsets to 264 K5 Norfolk students - stating, "any good superhero or social justice advocate cannot save the world if he or she has not mastered math and reading."
