Noga is a writer and artist. She holds a PhD from the University of Leicester in England, which has won the "Best Doctoral Thesis Award 2007" from BELMAS (British Educational Leadership, Management & Administration Society), a nationwide doctoral thesis competition among all of UK's universities. Noga also holds a M.Sc. from the University of Leicester and a BFA from Bezalel Academy of Arts & Design, which included one year as an exchange student at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure Des Beaux-arts. Her works have been shown in numerous exhibitions, including at Les Artistes Français in Paris.
