He has been actively engaged in the mineral beneficiatin and established several plants for kaolin beneficiation. His contributions in upgrading iron ore, copper, uranium, attapulgate, boxite and other minerals are noteworthy.
He has to his credit installed severalwater treatment and purification plants and has established his own norms and systems in potable water purification processing and bottling.

As a coach he has trained a number of entrepreneurs and volunnteered for the upliftment of rural industries like in bee products, milk and milk products and in agricultural product processing.

Engr. VGNair is now in Dubai and is actively engaged in sourcing and sale of industrial properties.
He is one of the leading source for industrial properties like ware house, business opportunities, sale of running industries with technology and also in the setting up of new industries.
