He has given scientific and technical lectures in marine science and related fields, as well as philosophy of education, to all age groups, including university-level in-service teacher staff development, and all primary and secondary grades from 1-12.
He has owned and/or maintained several dozen aquariums, from tiny fish bowls to 10,000+ gallons, and kept over 300 species of aquatic and marine flora and fauna.
