With more than 25 years of industry experience, Valerie Jordan leads a team of specialized tax experts and support staff that has more than 100 years of industry experience. Her team leadership approach is directed at providing the best service in the state and local tax arena. Her focus on maintaining good client relationships while providing elite tax services is what separates VJI from other tax consulting firms.

Valerie was a co-founder and managing partner at IntegriTax for 15 years. She provided sales and use tax consulting services, managed internal services, and led the sales and marketing division. Before starting up her first company, Valerie was the manager of state and local taxes at Brown and Associates where she specialized in sales and use tax consulting while managing a tax consultant team. She was also a senior consultant at DuCharme McMillen & Associates (DMA), a well-known tax consulting firm. Valerie conducted hundreds of sales and use tax reviews in the Southeast and Northeast at DMA.

After receiving her B.S. degree in finance at the University of Tennessee, she worked as an auditor for the State of Florida Department of Revenue specializing in sales and use tax, intangible personal property tax, and commercial motor vehicle use tax.

Valerie is active in a number of professional organizations including the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT), Federation of Tax Administrators (FTA), and Southeastern Association of Tax Administrators. She is an active member of U.S. Poultry and Egg Association and the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce. She formerly served on the Acworth Downtown Development Authority, the Acworth Tourism Board, and worked extensively with local government.
