Wagner dos Santos is the president at WGNR, a full-service advertising agency based in Orlando, Florida, with experts from across the globe and on-demand monthly subscription plans for small businesses. Dos Santos also serves as the agency's lead planner, futurist, brand strategist, and is a student of social anthropology with decades of marketing communications experience. His first career was as a producer and recording artist at the age of 15. At that time dos Santos also developed a great interest in the online industry which later became the Internet. Two years later he became one of many online services pioneers and designed, built, and, launched two popular online services (Novus Online Services and ChatLink) alongside larger competitors such as CompuServe, America Online, Prodigy, Delphi, Genie, and a few others.

With over 20 years of marketing communications experience, dos Santos has worked with such international brands as Coca-Cola, Google, Dell, Target, Ford, Sprint, AT&T, Blackberry, Nextel, Lowe's, Autograph Collection, State Farm, McDonald’s, among many others.

Dos Santos is also the host of Wagner Live which is a weekly podcast and live streaming show with fresh perspectives on what's hot in business today.

Through his illustrious career, Wagner dos Santos has been awarded multiple awards for his work in advertising, was a past president of the American Advertising Federation-Orlando, and is regularly profiled in the Orlando Business Journal. He is also a public speaker, photographer, vlogger, and musician.
